2025 business forum

In late September WCDC organized an event out at the beautiful Dakota Dunes Resort located on the Whitecap Dakota Nation. This event was a gathering of many big industry players such as BHP, GFL, as well as many others in an environment that encouraged conversation and connection. Please take a read through the write up to find out more about the event.

We are living proof that hard work pays off.

Here at WCDC we worked hard to form partnerships and plan out all the fine details to build a beautiful new gas bar in Duck Lake stationed between Saskatoon and Prince Albert. This beautiful facility will service travellers today and for many years to come. To us, this is a symbol of all of our hard work paying off and we couldn’t be more proud of our achievements.

Economic Reconciliation matters to us

At WCDC, we are committed to reconciliation through action:

  • Creating opportunities for Indigenous-owned businesses

  • Building strong partnerships that support long-term growth

  • Ensuring community members have access to meaningful employment

  • Supporting the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action

We're seeking partnerships in key industry sectors.

If your industry isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to connect with us. Fill out our industry form and we’ll be in touch.
